<span style="color: #222222;">Haryana government has issued orders to extend the ambit of Ayushman Bharat Yojana and decided to include  408 government health facilities, such as primary health care centers and delivery huts, under the  scheme. The Government on Wednesday (18th October 2023) issued notification in this regard. Akashvani correspondent reports, this move aims to increase the availability of medical services for economically weaker sections. Previously, only sub-divisional hospitals and civil hospitals were empanelled under the scheme. At present, 729 empanelled hospitals are providing health facilities under  Ayushman Bharat Yojana.<br />''<br />''Under the scheme, eligible individuals can avail healthcare treatment and pre- and post-hospitalization expenses. The scheme covers around 1,400 treatment procedures and OT expenses.</span><br />
