Haryana Government today submitted Parkash Singh Committee report to Punjab and Haryana High Court. The Parkash Committee was constituted to probe the acts of omission and commission on part of civil and police administration during Jat Quota agitation in February. High Court Division bench headed by Justice S S Saron had directed the state government on May 5 to submit a copy of report in the court.<br/><br/>The bench is hearing the Murthal gangrape case, of which the suo moto notice was taken by High Court.<br/>The Amicus Curae of high court Anupam Gupta told in the court that during Jat reservation agitation in February around 10 naked women has taken shelter in a Punjabi dhaba near murthal and dhaba owner has given them clothes and blankets to cover themselves.<br/><br/>He said that the three member Parkash Singh Committee had registered the statement of dhaba owner, although the name of Dhaba and dhaba owner is not mentioned in the report. Advocte Anupam Gupta also demanded CBI inquiry into the incident of Murthal gangrape during Jat agitation.The next hearing of the case will take place on June 1.
