Haryana Govt. instructs local bodies to computerize their offices

In Haryana, Government has instructed the local bodies to computerize their offices and their tax records and put them online enabling people to know how much budget has been allocated by the State Government to the local bodies and project wise availability of funds. Stating this at Rohtak Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that the State Government is committed for bring complete transparency in the entire administrative set up to prevent corruption and to increase the accountability of officers towards the people of the state.<br/><br/>He said that with computerization headquarter could get information readily through internet. He said that Double entry system will also be introduced to facilitate analysis of the tax record and find out any bungling easily.<br/>
