The Haryana government has enforced section 144 in the entire Hisar district with immediate effect. While giving this information, a spokesman of district administration today said that no one is allowed to carry any kind of weapon and gathering of four or more persons would be prohibited in the district till further orders. Stern legal action would be taken against those found violating these instructions. District Education Officer, Mr Mitrsain Malhotra said that all government schools, non government schools and government colleges in Barwala town would remain closed on September 16.
