Haryana Government has constituted a State Level Committee for implementation of Prime Minister's New 15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities and the Multi-Sectoral Development Programme in Minority Concentration districts. While stating this at Chandigarh today, a spokesman of Social Justice and Empowerment Department said that the Chief Secretary would be the chairperson of the committee.
