<br/>In Haryana, the situation has improved in most of the flood affected districts except Sirsa District. In Sirsa, the Administration could not succeed in plugging the breach in the embankment of Ghaghar River at Ferozabad village which has worsoned the situation in Rania block. A fresh breach at Dhani Satnam Singh has submerged Jiwansingh village in water. Sirsa-Dellenabad highway is submerged under five feet water. <br/><br/>The flood water has also entered Ellenabad block of the district. SDM Sirsa S.K. Jain said the situation is under control and five bridges in the Ghaghar near Jhopra village with the help of Armi and Dera Sachcha Sauda vollenteers. The rest of breachs are being plugged. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, a government spokesman at Chandigarh told that a Central team, led by Jt. Secretary R.P. Nath will visit Haryana on July 19 and 20 to assess the damage caused due to flood.
