<span style="color: #222222;">Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala today laid the Foundation Stone of Jan Nayak Chaudhary Devi Lal Model Colony in Israna village of Panipat district to provide urban facilities in the villages.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that Israna is the first village in the state, where the construction of the first Model Colony in the rural sector, has been started over an area of 48 acres.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that plots ranging from 180 yards to 500 yards would be available in this colony having facilities similar to the urban sector.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that the parks will be developed over an area of 6.4 acres out of 48.5 acres of the area of the project in Israna.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Roads will be spread over an area of 14.85 acres.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The colony would have a facility of community centre set up on two acres, electricity sub-station dispensary, shopping centre, petrol pump, police post and primary school.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that such model colonies will also be developed in Narnaund and Bahadurgarh as well.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that 60 per cent stake in this Model Colony of Israna would be owned by the original residents of Israna and 40 per cent stake would be open to all.</span>
