A Haryana Cultural Centre would be constructed near Mandi House at Delhi to make the people know about the rich cultural heritage of the state. Mr Hooda announced it while inaugurating a residential complex in Shalimar Bagh area at Delhi. The residential complex constructed on 3 acres of land at a cost of 25 crore 33 lakh has 200 flats for employees of of Haryana.
