Haryana Congress has announced his candidate for January 20, 2010 bye-election for the Ellenabad Assembly seat. Haryana Congress President, Mr. Phool Chand Mullana, said that the party will field the BHARAT SINGH BENIWAL as its candidate from the Ellenabad seat, which was vacated by INLD President Om Prakash Chautala, who was also elected from UCHANA KALAN in the Jind district. The Congress would be candidate Beniwal had contested against Chautala from Ellenabad in the last assembly election also. Congress Spokesman, Ved Prakash Vidrohi said that Beniwal will file his nomination papers on 30th January, 2010 in the presence of AICC General Secretary Prithvi Raj Chavan and CM Bhupender Singh Hooda.<br/>
