Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal today launched the outreach programme 'Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra' by flagging off the IEC awareness van from Fatehpur Biloch village in Faridabad district of Haryana. He administered the oath of making India developed and self-reliant by 2047 to the people before flagging off the IEC van.<br />''  <br />'' Speaking on this occasion he said that as per the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Yatra will carry the welfare initiatives of the Central and State Governments to every household, ensuring the upliftment of individuals at the grassroots level in the spirit of Antyodaya.<br />''  <br />'' Simultaneously the VBSY was launched in all the districts of Haryana today. Haryana Assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta flagged of the IEC Van from village Boonga of block Barwala of Panchkula district while in Bhiwani district the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra began its journey from Barwa village where Haryana Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister, J P Dalal flagged off the IEC Van.
