Haryana Chief Secretary Urvashi Gulati has urged the commercial banks to organise credit camps in flood affected areas in consultations with district administration to help eligible persons in fulfilling their credit needs and suggested the banks to bring forth a strategy to substantially exceed the target of disbursing five per cent of total loans to women beneficiaries. She was presiding over the 112th State level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) meeting. She called upon the banks in the state to reach each and every citizen to meet their financial and credit needs.
