Haryana Chief Minister Bhupender Singh Hooda will expand his cabinet today Our correspondent reports that the state Governor Jagannath Pahadia will administer the oath of office and secrecy to new ministers at Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh. At least seven MLAs are expected to join the Cabinet. Parliamentary Secretaries will also be administered oath later this afternoon.
