He also informed that farmers will no longer be required to pay a royalty of 200 rupees for soil extracted from their farms for personal use. Instead, they can conveniently submit the necessary information on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal, eliminating the need to visit government offices.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The Minister said, the&nbsp; Cabinet has also approved the inclusion of Thalassemia and Haemophilia diseases in the existing notification under &quot;The Haryana Divyang Pension Rules, 2016&quot;. The decision will benefit patients in Haryana suffering from Thalassemia and Haemophilia, with a family income of up to 3 lakh rupees per annum. They will now be entitled to a monthly disability pension of 3000 rupees. This decision is expected to benefit over 2083 patients.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The Cabinet has also approved a monthly enhancement of 250 rupees for 14 pension schemes being implemented by the Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of SCs &amp; BCs, and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, he added. The enhancement will be&nbsp; effective from January 1 of this year and will be paid from this February.
