The 12-day long budget session for Haryana Assembly will begin this afternoon with Governor's address. The Budget for 2010-11 will be presented in this session. The session may be stormy as major opposition parties, Indian National Lok Dal have planned to bring no confidence motion. INLD have 32 members in the Assembly. Haryana Janhit Congress have also announced to gherao the Assembly as a protest against murger of its MLA into Congress, allegedly in violation of anti-defection law and delaying action by Speaker on its appeal.<br/>
