The budget session of Haryana Assembly began at Chandigarh this afternoon. On first day of the budget, Haryana Governor Jagannath Pahadia said that due to sharp focus of government on inclusive growth, Haryana has witnessed an unprecedented pace of development in all sectors of the economy. He said that as per the latest research study report of the national Council of Applied Economic Research, on per capita net state domestic product for major states at constant prices of 1999-2000, Haryana ranks at number one.
