Haryana Vidhan Sabha today passed budget for the financial year 2010-11.<br/><br/>It provides for a composite plan outlay of over 11,800 crore rupees and a revenue deficit of over 3900 crores.<br/><br/>The budget was dicussed for five days and opposition raised their concern regarding proposals like surcharge on Vat. <br/><br/>Finance Minister Captain Ajay Singh Yadav moved the related two Appropriation bills, which was passed by voicw vote. <br/><br/>The budget propose to increase fleet strength of Haryana Roadways buses to 4500 by the end of 11th plan period and also proposed to set up City Bus Service under Public Private Parternership mode in Gurgaon.
