Science and Technology Minister Dr Harshvardhan today took over the additional charge of Environment Ministry. Anil Madhav Dave, who passed away last week, held the portfolio earlier. <br/><br/>Various aspects including conservation laws for wildlife, conventions on environment, protocol on climate changes were brought to the Minister's consideration by the officials of Environment Ministry in the introductory session today.
