<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister for Science and Technology, Earth Sciences and Health and Family Welfare Dr Harsh Vardhan today performed Bhumi Pujan ceremony of the 800-bed rest house to be built at the National Cancer Institute Badhsa in Jhajjar district today.<br />''<br />''Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that Infosys will be constructing the rest house on the land given by the Government. <br />''<br />''The rest house will be built at a cost of 60 crore rupees.  It will be ready within a period of two years. He said that this rest house would prove to be a boon for cancer patients and the people accompanying them, the patients suffering from cancer have to undergo various types of medical investigations as they have to stay for a long time after Chemotherapy and surgery to get their medical check-ups. <br />''<br />''He said that an amount of more than  2000 crore rupees has been spent on the construction of the Institute and the Haryana Government has also given its support in the construction.</span><br />''<br />
