Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu today said, harmonization of Hindi and regional languages will strengthen national unity and cultural integration of the country. He was addressing the 16th State Level 'Rashtra Bhasha Visharad' and 'Rashtra Bhasha Praveen' Convocation of the Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha in Hyderabad this morning. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu said, Hindi is a powerful medium to reach to the people as majority in the country speak the language. He asked people to learn English in tune with the changing needs, but asked them not to adopt foreign mindset and preserve national spirit. The Vice President also appreciated the efforts of the two Telugu state Governments which have made Telugu teaching a must up to the 12th standard.
