In Gujarat, Patidar leader Hardik Patel has surfaced near Dhangadhra in Suendranagar district this evening after the high court direction to trace him on a habeas corpus petition. Talking to media, Hardik Patel has alleged that he was taken into custody by some unidentified persons in a car throughout the night and threatened him to end the agitation. Meanwhile, Inspector General of Police of Gandhinagar Range Hasmukh Patel has denied the allegation of Hardik Patel and said that he will be produce in the High court whenever police get him in person.<br/><br/>Talking to media persons in Gandhinagar, Minister of state for Home Rajnikant Patel has said that the state Government will not hesitate to arrest Hardik Patel to maintain law and order. Denying the allegation of Hardik Patel, Home Minister said that police had not arrested him or kept him in house arrest. He said that nobody will be allowed to take law into their hands and Government will act firmly against these elements trying to disturb the peace.<br/><br/>Earlier, Gujarat high court had directed the state government to trace out Hardik Patel after a habeas corpus petition alleging that Hardik had been illegally detained by police. He was missing since last evening after the public meeting at Bayad in Aravali district which was organised without permission from authorities.

Hardik Patel surfaces after mysterious disappearance
