Hansraj Ahir calls upon misled youth to join mainstream of development

Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Mr. Hansraj Ahir has called upon the misled youths to eschew violence and join the mainstream of development of the backward region. <br/><br/>He was speaking at a special function 'Agnipankh' arranged by Maharashtra Police Department with the help of various voluntary organizations at Pranhita Police Headquarters at Aheri in the Naxal-affected Gadchiroli district yesterday. <br/><br/>He appreciated the role of voluntary organizations in extending help to the Naxal-affected families and also reiterated the Centre's commitment to provide all necessary help for eliminating the menace of Left-Wing extremism from the district.<br/><br/> Maharashtra Minister for Tribal Development and Guardian Minister of the district Mr. Ambarishraje Atram, Member of Parliament Mr. Ashok Nete and prominent officials of the State Police Department and Central Reserve Police Force battalions operating in this region were also present on this occasion.
