Government has termed the handing over of Jailed ULFA leader Anup Chetia by Bangladesh to India as a major breakthrough. Talking to media in New Delhi today, Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju said Chetia is a top leader of ULFA and his handing over will lead to cracking of many cases. He said Central agency and Assam police will Investigate him. <br/><br/>Mr. Rijiju also thanked Bangladesh government for accepting India's demand in this regard.
