Afghanistan's former President Hamid Karzai has appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement on the human rights situation in Balochistan. Talking to media in New Delhi Friday, Mr Karzai said India has every right to respond to Pakistan's provocations. He said this is the first time that the Prime Minister of India has spoken about Balochistan showing concern for the people there to be violence-free.<br/><br/>Mr Karzai rejected Pakistan's allegation that India was encouraging dissent in Balochistan and alleged that Islamabad itself indulged in such activities. He advised Kashmiri separatists and leaders to not to fall prey to Pakistani propaganda and to learn from the experience of Afghanistan.
