Haitian President, Michel Martelly has chosen a former Justice Minister, Brenard Gousse to be Prime Minister. Mr. Gousse served in the transitional administration following the ousting of Jean Bertrand Aristide in 2004. The nomination would be subject to parliamentary approval.
