The Electoral Council in Haiti has ruled that the Pop Star Wyclef Jean cannot run for President of the country. He didn't meet the requirement of having lived in Haiti for five years before the vote. Jean said he accepted the Council's decision. Wyclef Jean was born in Haiti, but he spent most of his life in the United States.
