In Haiti, authorities have issued a new timetable for the country's repeatedly postponed Presidential election. The Provisional Electoral Council announced that first round of Presidential vote will be held on November,20 and the second round would be held in January, 29 next. <br/><br/>The first round polls due to be held in last week, was postponed because of Hurricane Matthew, which has killed more than 900 people. The country has been in political limbo since the polls in 2015 were scrapped because of violence and fraud.
