In Uttar Pradesh, the normal life was affected due to showers at several places in eastern, Bundelkhand and western regions in the last 24 hours. Our Gorakhpur correspondent quoting met office reports that hailstorm along with cyclonic wind in some eastern districts of the state damaged the pulses’ and wheat crops. The mango crop has also been damaged in certain places. The day’s temperature has dropped by two to four degrees from normal due to inclement weather.
