Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu today hit out at 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed for reportedly blaming India for the terrorist attack on an Army school at Peshawar in Pakistan.

Mr Naidu told reporters outside Parliament that Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should crack down on all forms of terror. He said, India is willing to cooperate with Pakistan in dealing with the menace of terrorism if Islamabad is serious about it. Saying Hafiz Saeed is enemy of mankind, Mr Naidu asked Pakistan to handover him to India.

Congress leader Pramod Tiwari said, whatever Hafiz Saeed has said is a matter of concern for India. He said that India should register its protest before Islamabad.

BSP chief Ms Mayawati said levelling such allegations against India is patently wrong.

JD(U) president Sharad Yadav said Hafiz Saeed’s comments deserves no attention.
