ECI on yesterday ordered removal of Vivek Sahay from the post of Director Security and directed the state government to keep him suspended and frame charges against him within a week for failing in discharge of his primary duty as Director Security to protect the Z protectee in the Nandigram incident.<br />''  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It may be recalled that the TMC chief and Chief Minister of the state Mamata Banerjee had suffered injury in Nandigram on last Wednesday during campaigning. The DM and SP of East Medinipur district had also been changed by the ECI.</span>
