The National Commisson for Women, NCW today removed Ms Alka Lamba from the three member probe panel which was sent by the NCW to investigate the molestation case in Guwahati. Talking to AIR, the Chairperson of the NCW, Mamta Sharma confirmed the development. Her removal came in the wake of the controversy which broke out today over allegedly making public the identity of the girl molested in Guwahati.
