The National Commission for Women,NCW, today issued notice to Congress leader Gurudas Kamat for his derogatory remarks against Union Minister Smriti Irani.<br/><br/>The AICC general secretary had on Thursday questioned Smiti Irani's qualifications to be the Human Resources Development Minister and claimed that she had worked in a hotel before becoming a TV actress. <br/><br/>Mr Kamat also wondered why Prime Minister Modi had chosen her as the HRD minister. Mr Kamat's statements have been criticised by political parties.
