Gurgaon Shopping Festival has begun. The festival on the pattern of Dubai Shopping Festival is being held to promote Haryana and Gurgaon as shopping destination before the World Community.The 33 days long International Shopping Festival was inaugurated by the Gurgaon Municipal Commissioner Rajesh Khullar. It will conclude on November 7.
