Gunmen kill seven refinery employees in Iraq

In Iraq, unknown gunmen killed seven employees of the Baiji refinery and seized their salaries. Voice of Iraq news agency, quoting police sources says that an armed group attacked a vehicle of the Baiji refinery, western Baiji, killing seven employees, assigned to bring the salaries amounting 750 million dinars. The operation came one day after stealing the salaries of the Faculty of Veterinary of Baghdad University amounting 700 million dinars in al-Khadraa neighbourhood in western Baghdad. Tikrit is the capital of Salah al-Din, lies 175 km north of Baghdad.
