Gujjar agitation enters tenth day today

In Rajasthan, the Gujjar agitation entered tenth day today with no relief to the common man in sight. Passengers are facing the plight with more than 100 trains being cancelled or diverted. Meanwhile, Bandh is being observed in Dholpur, Baran and a few other towns of Kota and Bundi district. BSF staged a flag march in Manota near Dausa, where the Gujjars have blocked the Jaipur-Delhi rail route. The dharna in Pilupura led by Gujjar Leader Col. Kirori Singh Bainsla is continuing. Reacting on Council of Ministers’ decision on Tuesdays of keeping four per cent vacancies reserved for SBCs, Col. Bainsla said that he will not compromise on less than five per cent reservation to Gujjars.
