Gujjar activists stage dharna on rail track in Rajasthan

In Rajasthan, hundreds of Gujjar activists led by Col. Kirodi Singh Bainsla has staged a dharna on rail track in Pilupura village of Bharatpur district. Earlier, the Gujjar activists started their march from Raseri to Pilupura, after the deadline of 4.00 pm set by Col. Bainsla was over.AIR correspondent says, the Delhi-Mumbai rail track is likely to be disrupted following this Dharna. Gujjars are demanding quick implementation of five per cent reservation to their community, withdrawal of cases against their activists and payment of compensation to widows of those killed during the last agitation.
