In Rajasthan, hundreds of Gujjar activists led by Col. Kirodi Singh Bainsla has staged a dharna on rail track in Pilupura village of Bharatpur district. Earlier, the Gujjar activists started their march from Raseri to Pilupura, after the deadline of 4.00 pm set by Col. Bainsla was over. The Delhi-Mumbai rail track is likely to be disrupted following this Dharna. Another faction of the Gujjar community led by Ex-MLA Gopichand Gurjar is camping in Pichupada village of Dausa district. This faction is also likely to follow the same line of action initiated by Col. Bainsla. Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary S. Ahmed and DG Police Harish Meena reviewed the law and order situation in view of Gujjar agitation, at a high level meeting in Jaipur. They have appealed the Gujjar leaders to call off their agitation and to resolve the issue through mutual talks.
