<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat Government has decided to defer till 15th of October the implementation of new rules under Motor Vehicles Amendment Act with stiffer fines. <br />''<br />''However, this relaxation will be applicable only for helmet and Pollution under Control certificate. State Transport Minister RC Faldu told media persons that the decision to this effect was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani in Gandhinagar yesterday. He said the decision has been taken in view of difficulties faced by vehicle owners for getting the Pollution under Control (PUC) certificates and helmets. </span><br />
