AIR correspondent reports that Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC) has taken various unique initiatives under Smart City Mission to deal with COVID-19.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">SMC has published an online dashboard on its website to provide regular s of COVID-19 to the citizens. They include overall statistics on tested, confirmed, active, recovered and death cases. The dashboard also provides the trends and patterns on the spread of COVID-19 within the city.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">SMC is using this COVID-19 war room to carry out CCTV surveillance of public spaces, and containment clusters. SMC is also using a mobile application to track the movement of quarantined people on real-time basis.</span><br />''  <br />
