<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat has registered the highest ever active cases of Covid19 in the state. According to official sources, Gujarat has 17348 active cases at present, which is the highest so far. AIR Ahmedabad correspondent reports that 171 patients are serious and put on ventilator support in various hospitals. Gujarat continues to register a higher number of new cases of Covid19 on a daily basis. According to the state health department, 3280 new cases have been reported in the state during the last 24 hours.<br />'' <br />'' The maximum 798 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 615 new cases. Meanwhile, 2167 patients have been recovered and discharged from the various hospitals. With this, the total number of patients recovered from Covid19 has gone up 3 lakh 2 thousand 932. According to sources, 17 patients died due to Covid19 yesterday.<br />'' <br />'' With this, the death toll due to Covid19 in the state has gone up to 4598. Meanwhile, 800 Covid beds and 300 ventilators have been added in Kidney hospital of Surat. The State Government has already doubled the number of Covid test from earlier 60 thousand to 1 lakh 20 thousand on daily basis. </span>
