Union Minister of State for Railways, Bharatsinh Solanki has assured that all north-eastern people staying in Gujarat, are safe and there is no need for them to rush to their home-towns. He was speaking at Vadodara, while flagging off two extended new trains to the tribal belt of the state.Mr.Solanki said that Railways have been attaching additional coaches to the Assam-bound trains to clear the rush but there is no need to panic as people from the north-east are safe in Gujarat. Mr Solanki has also announced a new DEMU train to Chhotaudepur in the tribal belt of the state. He added that Railways is proposing to start 15 new trains in Gujarat.
