President Ramnath Kovind has said that the land of Gujarat is the carrier of holiness, divinity and moral compass. <br/><br/>He was addressing the 150th anniversary celebration function of Akshar Deri held at Swaminarayan Nagar in Gondal of Gujarat. <br/><br/>President Kovind said that Bochasanvasi Akshar Purshottam Sansthan is doing the noble work of public welfare by eradicating blind faith and caste discrimination in the society. <br/><br/>He said that this ceremony has created the confluence of the power of nation, state and religion. He said that the Centennial celebrations of Akshar Deri will strengthen the spiritual power of Gujarat. <br/><br/>President Kovind also released the commemorative postal stamp on Century Centennial of Akshar Deri. <br/><br/>Governor of Gujarat O.P.Kohli, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and religious head of BAPS also spoke on this occasion. <br/><br/>AIR Correspondent reports that 11 days celebration of 150th anniversary of Akshar Deri has been organized in specially erected Swaminarayan Nagar in a 200 acres of land in Gondal near Rajkot.
