In Gujarat, another IPS officer has been arrested by the CBI in a fake encounter case. Superintend of Police Dahod district Vipul Agarwal was arrested on Monday in connection with Tulsi Prajapati fake encounter case. <br/><br/>Prajapati was believed to be a key witness in the fake encounter of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and the subsequent murder of his wife Kausar Bi in November 2005.<br/>
