<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat High Court has questioned the state government's decision of not allowing the private laboratories to conduct Covid-19 tests.<br />'' <br />'' The high court has directed the state to procure maximum testing kits to enable both private and government hospitals to carry out tests. In response to HC's order, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel has said that the government will submit its report in next week.<br />'' <br />'' A division bench of Justices JB Pardiwala and IJ Vora in its order also said those laboratories which are recognized by NABL and fulfill the criteria for infrastructure should be allowed to carry out Covid-19 testing.</span>&nbsp;
