Gujarat government has decided to provide Class-I and Class-II jobs to Divyang sports persons that represent India at international events. The decision was taken by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani to support the Divyang sports persons representing the state at international level. AIR correspondent reports, the aim of this decision is to promote physically challenged sports persons to excel at the international level. According to this decision, the medal winners Divyang Sports persons in the Paralympic, Para Asian and Commonwealth games will be appointed in government service as per rules and norms.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat government is already offering class one or class two posts to the medal winner sports person at international level under its Sports Policy-2016. Now, the latest initiative by the Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will encourage the physically challenged sports persons to excel at international level. Three women sports persons from Gujarat have been selected for Paralympics, which will be held in Tokyo from 24th August to 5th September. These three divyang athletes from Gujarat are Parul Parmar in para-badminton, and Bhavina Patel and Sonal Patel in para table tennis.</span><br />
