<span style="color: #222222;">In Gujarat, about 20 thousand government schools will be transformed under the Mission School of Excellence programme during the next five years. The World Bank Mission team is on a 4 day visit to Gujarat to work out the details of the project. The World Bank representatives today met the state Education Minister Jitubhai Vaghani at Gandhinagar in this regard. The team will also visit Banaskantha and Mehsana districts in coming days.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' According to official sources, 8,000 crore rupees fund will be provided by the World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Development Bank (AIDB) under this project. 90 percent students studying in the Government schools will be benefited under this project.</span>
