<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel conducted an aerial survey of the flood-affected Navsari district yesterday and instructed the district authorities to speed up the relief and rescue works in affected areas. Navsari is inundated due to the rise in the water level of the Purna River. The water level is rising following heavy rainfall in Dang district. About 3 thousand people have been shifted to safer places in Navsari city. Many parts of south Gujarat are facing a flood-like situation for the last two days following incessant rains. District authorities have launched an assessment of loss of properties and crops in the affected areas.</span><br />
