<span style="color: #222222;">Gujarat has recorded 1052 new cases during the last 24 hours. The total number of cases detected so far in the state has gone up to 56,874. According to official sources, 22 patients have lost their lives yesterday taking the total death due to Covid19 in the state up to 2348. AIR Ahmedabad correspondent reports that the recovery rate in the state has further improved to 72.75 percent. Out of 1052 new cases, maximum 204 cases have been reported from Surat city.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Ahmedabad city recorded 144 new cases. Out of 13,146 active cases in the state, the conditions of 81 patients is serious. 1015 patients have been discharged after recovery during the last 24 hours. With this, the total patients recovered from the Covid19 have gone up to 41,380.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">More than 6 lakh 67 thousand tests have been carried out in the state till date. 25,474 tests have been carried out during the last 24 hours. Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has added 18 new areas in micro containment zones. Door to door surveillance and testing drives will begin in these areas from today. </span> <br />
