In Gujarat, Congress has suffered political setback following its key leaders of Junagadh city and Botad Municipality switched to BJP today. <br />'' <br />'' In Junagadh, Congress city President Vinu Amipara has joined ruling BJP in the presence of state BJP president Jitu Vaghani and other leaders. <br />'' <br />'' It is big setback to Congress as Junagadh will witness polling for civic body general election on 21st July. In yet another blow to opposition Congress in Gujarat, 6 of its total 17 Councilors in Botad municipality also joined ruling BJP today. <br />'' <br />'' They joined BJP at the party's state headquarter Srikamalam in Koba near Gandhinagar.  <br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports that in 44 member Botad municipality; BJP is in power with 27 members. Congress had won 17 seats of which 6 councillors have now joined the BJP.<br />''
