In Gujarat the Congress Party will launch its forthcoming election campaign from bordering district of Kutch on Wednesday. Talking to mediapersons in Bhuj, the former Chief Minister and Incharge of the state elections Shankar Sinh Vaghela, has said that after the decade of mass corruption by the ruling BJP, the people of Gujarat now desire a change of guard at Gandhi Nagar. He alleged that the Chief Minister wrested more than 200 crore rupees of exchequer for countrywide media campaign on his recent Sadbhavna fast.
