Gujarat Congress has demanded resignation of Chief Minster Narendra Modi in the wake of summons issued against him by the Special Investigation Team. <br/> <br/>The Leader of the Congress Legislative Party- Mr. Shaktisinh Gohil told media persons that Chief Minister should resign on the moral ground before producing himself before the SIT. <br/> <br/>At the other end, the State Government Spokesman Mr.Jaynarayan Vyas said that the State Government and Chief Minister would cooperate in all legal process. <br/> <br/>The widow of former Congress MP late Ehsan Jafry- Mrs. Zakia Jafry told the media that SIT has shown courage by issuing summons against the Chief Minister Narendra Modi. <br/> <br/>She added that the people who were responsible for the security of the people were failed in their responsibilities during the riots. These people- how big they are, should be brought under the law.<br/>
